HOW DOES SNOOZE WORK?

Book from any of our available channels, Whatsapp, Facebook, website or apps. Upon confirmation, we will assign a professional and vetted therapist for you. Your massage therapist will arrive at your doorstep at your booked time with a hassle free massage session. All at the comfort of your own place.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A THERAPIST?

We will match you with the highest quality massage therapists available at the time specified. You will be given option to select a male or female therapist based on your preference, but are not able to select the exact therapist. You may rebook the same therapist after the first session.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET A MASSAGE?

In as little as an hour – depending on availability. Booking starts at 10am and last call at 10pm.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

Payment can be made directly through our secured website. We accept all credit/debit cards and fpx payment.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Upon confirmation and payment, we accept accept cancellation with 3% admin charges. You may also reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment time with no penalty.

Cancellation charges:

  • RM50 for less than 2 hours notice
  • RM80 for less than 1 hour notice
  • RM120 for less than 30 mins notice
